Process overview
Released stock is cut into controlled blanks according to the component geometry, machining allowance and planned production quantity. Material identity remains attached to the batch while blank dimensions and piece counts are checked before forming or machining begins.

Blank dimensions, material identity and production quantity remain linked to the active heat or lot record.
